Just like vaginal weight lifting is great for women's pelvic floor (better love making, prevention of uterine prolapse and incontinence, etc), so is pelvic floor fitness fantastic

for men's health! Daily tightening and holding of pelvic floor muscles, relaxing and repeating can go a long way. You can do these several minutes a day while sitting and working on your PC, commuting or anything else. Internal muscle exercising cannot be spotted :)

Prostate aka pelvic floor exercises happen by engaging your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. It stretches from the pubic bone to the tailbone, supporting the inner organs of the pelvic area and the function of the sphincter muscles (anal and bladder sphincters) This type of exercise can allow the prostate gland get more blood flow helping with cleansing. This is why pelvic floor exercises are great for issues such as benign prostatic hyperplasia or prostatitis, and incontinence given they strengthen the bladder.
